On January 20th the Jeb Andrews Foundation Band was interviewed by Sergi Olivera of the newspaper Delta Llobregat on the occasion of the recording of the first album that the band is finalizing these days. Interview
This new work will be presented during the concert that the band will perform on March 23rd at La Capsa in Prat de Llobregat.
From the Jeb Andrews Foundation we would like to thank the editorial staff of the newspaper and Sergi Olivera for the opportunity to publicize our charity project. We do not forget each and every one of the band members who, together with the founder of the foundation Xavier Blanch, make possible this option to raise funds to help families with oncological children.

There is no better way to start the first days of the year than doing something for others. As founder of the Jeb Andrews Foundation, I believe in deeds more than words. And when it comes to helping families with children with cancer, we need facts as there is certainly a lot to be done. Yesterday we contributed another grain of sand to our social cause thanks to the collaboration of the generous Guiu family, owners of the Serra de Prades camping resort. His donation to the Jeb Andrews Foundation along with an additional contribution from us were delivered, on this occasion, to the association of parents with children with cancer in Tarragona, AFANOC, in a simple but emotional act accompanied by the councilor of culture of the city of Reus and those responsible for AFANOC in Tarragona to whom we send our thanks for their incredible work.
I would also like to take this opportunity to extend my sincere thanks to the entire Jeb Andrews Foundation team and especially to my fellow members of the Jeb Andrews Foundation Band, since the contributions we are able to make are the result of our work performing on stage and thanks to the sale of our CDs.
We will continue working to make our foundation grow and to be able to continue contributing our grain of sand.

If in any way we can define with a single word the past 3rd edition of Cowboy Day, organized by the Jeb Andrews Foundation with the collaboration of Natural Hipic and the Association of Equine Therapy Delta del Llobregat y AFANOC last Saturday, is this: Smiles.
It could not be otherwise when you combine a privileged place in the middle of nature, at the foot of the mountains of Montserrat, with activities as fun as throwing horseshoes or the lasso, balancing on a horse and see two high-level competitions of the hand of some of the best cowboys in our country, enjoy great food and live country music … and above all with a cowboy hat on his head …, feeling all in the family. I think last Saturday was an unbeatable day for everyone. Especially for our little guests and their families. But as evidence I prefer you to look at the photos at the bottom of the chronicle.
Thanks to Concha G. Jiménez and Marisa Guitart Amecharruza from the Association Las historias de Sofía for coming to share this day with us as well as to their daughters María and Sofía. The testimony of your experience and initiative was a clear reflection of the fact that we can all do our bit to improve the daily lives of many people. And thank you very much for giving all the children a copy of the book El líquido misterioso, written by Concha herself.
How are we at the Jeb Andrews Foundation going to make it through this 3rd edition of Cowboy Day? We will come up with something, but we will spare no imagination, budget and work to overcome it. All for them. It’s worth it, I assure you. All for their smiles and especially that of their parents who deserve it, for all they are fighting for their children. Thanks again to all of you who made it possible last Saturday.

Many thanks to Camping Resort Serra de Prades and the Guiu Estopà family for inviting the Jeb Andrews Foundation to their stand during the Cucalocum Children’s Fair this Christmas in Lleida. We will be there until January 4th supporting the great solidarity initiative of the Guiu family and Camping Resort Serra de Prades and its solidarity raffle. Thank you for thinking of us! During yesterday, the opening day of the children’s festival, we had the visit of the mayor of Lleida Sr. Angel Ros as well as personalities of the city council and the Consell Comarcal, taking an interest in this act of solidarity. Thank you Josep Ramon and family, thank you Lleida.
